Intimate Performance Therapy was created to address a problem that is far more common than most men realise – performance difficulties driven by anxiety, pressure, and stress rather than physical dysfunction.
Many men experiencing erectile difficulties are otherwise healthy. The issue often appears suddenly, inconsistently, or only in certain situations, and becomes worse the more they try to control it. This creates a cycle of anticipation, self-monitoring, and loss of confidence that traditional approaches don’t always resolve.

About Me
I’m Sharon, a qualified hypnotherapist specialising in performance anxiety and anxiety related sexual difficulties. I work with men who want a discreet, psychological approach without medication, invasive treatments, or long-term therapy.
My background is in helping clients resolve subconscious patterns that interfere with natural responses, particularly where pressure, fear of failure, or past experiences have created a stress based reaction in the body. In the context of intimacy, this stress response directly disrupts arousal and performance, even when desire and attraction are present.
Rather than trying to “fix” the body, the work focuses on calming the nervous system, releasing unhelpful subconscious associations and restoring a sense of safety and confidence around intimacy.

My Approach
This is not talk therapy, coaching, or performance training.
Sessions work at the subconscious level, where automatic responses are formed. The aim is to remove the interference created by anxiety and pressure so that sexual response can occur naturally again, without effort or self-monitoring.
Most men do not need ongoing sessions. This work is typically completed within 1–3 sessions, depending on individual circumstances and the depth of the pattern involved.

You remain aware and in control throughout.
