WORK WITH ME

Intimate Performance Therapy offers focused, results oriented hypnotherapy for men experiencing intimate performance anxiety and stress-related erectile difficulties. The work is delivered using Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), a structured therapeutic approach designed to identify and change subconscious patterns efficiently.

Rather than long term, open ended therapy, this work is intentionally focused and time limited.

The Therapy Approach

RTT works at the subconscious level, where many performance related responses are formed and maintained.

Using a combination of hypnosis, psychology, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), sessions aim to uncover the root causes of performance anxiety and recondition the nervous system’s response to intimacy.

This approach is particularly effective where difficulties are linked to:

  • Anxiety and overthinking
  • Pressure to perform
  • Fear of failure
  • Past experiences affecting confidence
  • Stress-related erectile difficulties

The goal is not to force performance, but to remove the subconscious interference that prevents natural response.

How Many Sessions Are Needed?

Because RTT is a focused therapeutic method, many clients experience meaningful change within 1–3 sessions. The exact number depends on individual history, contributing factors, and personal response to therapy.

This work is best suited to men who want a direct, structured approach rather than ongoing, indefinite sessions.
